Sometimes you need that person who helps you from the outside to elegantly cope with the small problems of everyday life. To work on certain topics in depth we have a 60 minute coaching session once a month and use this time to implement tools and models to help you live a better, healthier and happier life. In addition, we will have 2 short video calls to discuss the small and big issues in the process and find solutions.
